STEP 1: On Boarding

B. We will schedule a meeting with you at your convenience, discuss about your requirements and get to know more about your project.

C. We will get started with your project after we sign up the contract - No advance payment!

STEP 2: Agile Development

A. Consultant/Manager meets online with your team twice a week to ask questions and shows progress.

B. There will be smaller releases once in two weeks called “Sprints”. Development is done in the 1st week and testing/bug fixing will be done during the 2nd week.

C. Consultant/Manager splits features and tasks into sprints, schedules deadlines and assigns tasks to developers.

D. Consultant/Manager works with In-house developers to achieve deadlines with high quality.

STEP 3: Maintenance

A. After 4 weeks of trial, if satisfied pay as per your plan.

B. Continue to work with the same team throughout the year.
